MYER ONE REBRAND
Myer had the biggest loyalty program in Australia with over five million members, but their best customers were spending less instore.
To help them fall in love with shopping again, we gave MYER One a persona – your enabler shopping friend. You know, that friend who’s always telling you to ‘try it on’, ‘get it in both colours’ and ‘treat yourself’.
Using the textures of Myer garments, we created over 60 DM pieces, each written in the same tone of voice and including a targeted offer based on spending data.
